At Premier Electrics, we own our own fleet of vehicles and deliver all across mainland U.K. - England, Scotland and Wales (with the exception of a few outlying areas) Unfortunately we do not deliver to Northern Ireland but we are continuously streamlining our operation so please keep in touch.
We're old school and believe Customer Service is key to growth which is why all of our deliveries are 100% free!
Standard Delivery is available on all products, whether they're in or out of stock. Just enter your postcode on a product page or at the checkout and you will be given a choice of dates. We aim to have all products delivered within 3-5 days - see "Arranging a Delivery Date" below for more detail.
We call you before your delivery and give you a 2 hour time slot, so no waiting in the whole day.
To keep our service ethos central to our business we always send two of our Premier Electrics installation team to drop off and install your machine. Unlike some of our competitors we will deliver your appliance into any type of dwelling free of charge.
Items which we hold in stock will usually be delivered to you within 3-5 working days - often the next working day. You will be able to select a convenient delivery date just before you pay for your order.
Items which we have to order from the manufacturer will take longer to deliver; typically 5-7 working days depending on the particular product. You can track your order status on our website; our team keep you regularly informed on the whereabouts of your order.
Our standard deliveries are made between the hours of 7am and 6pm, 7 days a week. A signature will be required upon delivery.
You will be notified of your 2-hour delivery time slot by email between 7pm and 8pm the day before your delivery is due.
Please ensure that you can be available on the date you select; if you find you cannot keep to your chosen delivery date please do let us know by midday one working day before otherwise you may incur a failed delivery/ redelivery charge (see below).
Where a pre-agreed delivery day has been arranged and we are prevented from delivering the goods due to there being no one at the address, or we are unable to make the delivery for other reasons such as those mentioned above, you may be liable to pay a failed delivery charge of £35.00. This also applies if you cancel a delivery after the goods have been loaded onto the van for delivery to you.
For a small fee of £15.00 we can remove your old appliance when we deliver your new one. The old appliance must be disconnected at time of delivery.
Please note, we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland.
