Delivery Options

In order to maintain a high quality service Premier Electrics insist on using our own in-house delivery teams. We will only deliver to homes in:

Avon, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Devon, Dorset, Essex, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, East Sussex, Kent, Leicestershire, London, Middlesex, The Midlands, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Somerset, Staffordshire, Surrey, Warwickshire, West Sussex, Wiltshire and Worcestershire.

We always send two technicians on deliveries and can therefore position the appliance on any floor in your home. We also like to install the appliance for you. During installation we will be able to answer all your questions about usage and then guide you through the appliance functions and features

EXPRESS DELIVERY

When placing an order you may select the option for rapid delivery. The cost of express delivery is £20.00. If you select this option your appliance will usually be delivered within 2-4 working days. We will contact you within 24hours of placing the order via email or phone to confirm the acceptance of the order and express delivery status. We will confirm the day of delivery and whether it is an Am (9am -1pm)or Pm time slot (1pm -6pm). If the day given is not convenient please contact our sales team to arrange an alternative time. We can hold appliances in our warehouse for up to three months if the customer requests.

Please note that if a delivery is made in an area that enforces a congestion charge this charge will be passed onto the customer at the point of delivery. All delivery times are an estimate and subject to the availability of the appliance. If there is a delay in delivery or the product is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative delivery time or product. While we endeavour to meet the specific Am or Pm time slot it is subject to change depending on weather or traffic conditions. If you would like futher details about your delivery time you can contact our sales team on the day of delivery to confirm an estimated time status. Our technicians will also be glad to call you when they are 1/2 hour away from your property. If you would like this service please let our sales staff know the number you would like to be contacted on. If your property is tricky to find, can you please inform our sales staff when placing the order of any helpful directions or instructions that will help locate your property. We offer a connection and removal service on all appliances.
