All deliveries in the following postcodes are carried out by our own inhouse delivery teams: AL, BA, BH, BN, BR, BS, CR, DT, GL, DA, E, EC, EN, GU, HA, HP, IG, KT, N, NW, OX, PO, RG, RM, SE, SG, SL, SN, SM, SO, SP, SW, TA, TN, TW, UB, W, WC, WD. We always send two technicians to deliver appliances and therefore can deliver to any floor of your house.

WE CURRENTLY DELIVER ANYWHERE IN THE UK

For all other postal code areas in mainland England we use a haulage company to carry out the delivery for us. Please call 0800 592107 for more information on this service.

RAPID DELIVERY

When placing an order you may select the option for rapid delivery. The cost of rapid delivery is £30.00. If you select this option your appliance will be delivered within 3 working days. We will contact you within 24hours of placing the order via email or phone to confirm the acceptance of the order and rapid delivery status. We will confirm the day of delivery and whether it is an Am (9am -1pm)or Pm time slot (1pm -6pm). If the day given is not convenient please contact our sales team to arrange an alternative time. We can hold appliances in our warehouse for up to three months if the customer requests.

5-7 DAY AM OR PM SPECIFIC DELIVERY

If you decide upon this option, we will deliver your appliance within 5-7 working days with the choice of an Am (9am - 1pm) or Pm(1pm -6pm) time slot. The cost of this option is £25.00. We will contact you via email or phone within 24 hours of the order being placed. We will arrange a specific date of delivery (within the 5-7 day period) and find out whether you would prefer an am or pm visit. If the date given to you is not suitable, please inform us of an alternative date. We can hold appliances in our warehouse for upto three months if the customer requests.

5-7 DAY DELIVERY

If you decide upon this option we will deliver your appliance within a 5-7 working day period any time between 9am - 6pm. The cost of this option is £20.00. We will contact you via email or phone within 24 hours of the order being placed. We will arrange a specific date of delivery with a non specific time (anytime between 9am -6pm). If the date given to you is not suitable please inform us of an alternative date. We can hold appliances in our warehouse for upto three months if the customer requests. Please note that if a delivery is made in an area that enforces a congestion charge this charge will be passed onto the customer at the point of delivery. All delivery times are an estimate and subject to the availability of the appliance. If there is a delay in delivery or the product is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative delivery time or product. While we endeavour to meet the specific Am or Pm time slot it is subject to change depending on weather or traffic conditions. If you would like futher details about your delivery time you can contact our sales team on the day of delivery to confirm an estimated time status. Our technicians will also be glad to call you when they are 1/2 hour away from your property. If you would like this service please let our sales staff know the number you would like to be contacted on. If your property is tricky to find, can you please inform our sales staff when placing the order of any helpful directions or instructions that will help locate your property. We offer a connection and removal service on all appliances.
