PRODUCT QUESTIONS

1) What is the difference between Free standing and Integrated products?

An integrated appliance is one that is fitted into a customer's kitchen unit. In the case of laundry products a kitchen cupboard door is normally attached to the front of the appliance, so the appliance is hidden from view when the cupboard door is shut. Integrated cooking appliances differ in the fact that they sit in a cavity space either underneath a worksurface or into a kitchen column unit. Freestanding appliances stand alone.

2) What is the difference between fully and semi integrated appliances?

Fully integrated appliances allow a kitchen cupboard door to cover the whole of the front of the appliance. Semi integrated appliances allow a cupboard door to cover 3/4 of the front of the appliance leaving the control panel on display at all times.

3) What are the benefits of frost free cooling?

Frost Free cooling means there should be no build up of ice blocks inside your freezer. Therefore there is no need to defrost the freezer as you would do with conventional freezing.

4) What is the difference between full size and slimline appliances?

Fullsize appliances are industry standard sizes. This is normally 60cm wide by 85 cm high (the size of a standard washing machine). Slimline appliances are designed to fill narrower spaces and as such are normally 45cm wide by 85cm high. Slimline appliances are normally found in dishwashing.

PURCHASING QUESTIONS

1) When will I be informed of my delivery time?

Once we have received your order, we will contact you within 12 hours by email or phone to confirm the acceptance of the order. We will then organise the delivery time and confirm delivery instructions with you.

2) What if I cannot make my delivery time?

If you cannot make the delivery time given by Premier Electrics we will offer you another alternative date. We can also store products until you are available for upto 3 months.

3) What if my product is damaged on delivery?

When a product is delivered we do ask all customers to check the appliance thoroughly. If damage has occured please contact our sales staff who will organise a replacement or repair.

4) What if my product doesn't work when connected?

We will organise to replace the appliance as soon as possible or offer you a full refund.

5) What if the machine is out of stock or there is a delay on delivery?

If an appliance is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours of the order being placed. We will offer you an alternative date or alternative product. If this is not accepted, we will refund all money within 24 hours.
