CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Under the Consumer protection Regulations 2000 (Distant Selling) act customers have the right to cancel an order within 7 working days of reciept of the goods for any reason. The customer has the right to either return the appliance to our warehouse in Southampton or request collection by Premier Electrics. If the customer requests us to collect an item that is not damaged or faulty a small charge may be made to cover the cost of collection. All appliances need to be returned with thier original packaging and intact. The 7 day period starts the day after the item is delivered. All cancellations must be recieved in writting by email or letter to our head office. Goods are refunded within 30 days.
DAMAGED GOODS
On reciept of goods please inspect the appliance for any damages or missing items. If damage has occured please contact us by email or writting within a prompt period. We will then arrange for a repair or replacement of the damaged or missing items. Before this is done we will organise to send an engineer to inspect the appliance to confirm damage or missing parts.
FAULTY GOODS
If your appliance develops a fault within the manufacturers gaurantee period please contact us via email/ writting or telephone. We will then arrange for return or inspection of the item by the manufacturers agents. This does not effect your statutory rights.
