Cancellation & Refund
Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 (Distant Selling) Act, customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods for any reason. The 14 day period starts the day after the item is delivered. All cancellations must be received in writing so please contact us by email or by sending a letter to our head office. Goods are refunded within 30 days.

The customer has the right to either return the appliance to our warehouse in Southampton or request collection by Premier Electrics.  If the customer requests us to collect an item that is not damaged or faulty, a small charge may be made to cover the cost of collection.

Important Note: All appliances need to be returned with their original packaging and intact.

Damaged goods
On receipt of goods please inspect the appliance for any damages or missing items. If damage has occurred, please contact us by email or writing within a prompt period. We will then arrange for repair or replacement of the damaged or missing items. Before this is done, we will organise for an engineer to inspect the appliance to confirm damage or missing parts.

Faulty goods
If your appliance develops a fault within the manufacturer’s guarantee period, please contact us via email / letter or telephone. We will then arrange for return or inspection of the item by the manufacturer’s agents. This does not affect your statutory rights.
